    How is the use of social networks in 2020? Answering this question is a frequent concern for marketers, since we need to be up to date with user behavior patterns in order to adapt our strategies to them. In addition, in 2020 it is more important than ever to be aware of trends , since the situation created by covid-19 and confinement has made users spend more time on the internet and change their habits . WhatsApp is the network most used by users in 2020: 85% of those surveyed say they use it. They are followed by Facebook, with 81% (6% less than last year), YouTube (70%), Instagram (59%) and Twitter (51%).


    Frequency and intensity of use of social networks When it comes to frequency of use, WhatsApp leads the table again, as 87% of its users use it several times a day. This is followed by Instagram, with 56% of users using it several times a day and 25% daily. In third place we have Facebook: 52% of users use it several times a day and 26% daily.
